1. Quotation

All the prices quoted are on the basis of FOB XIAMEN,CHINA

The prices quoted are only valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

2. Sample

(1) Delivery: about 10-15 days

(2) Sample Fee: We will supply 1 piece or 1 pair each color by free; if samples quantity more than 2 pairs, we will ask for sample charges about twice or more times as salesmen samples

(3) Express charges(courier fee): all samples must be FREIGHT COLLECT, pls give us your A/C number for DHL, TNT, FEDEX, or UPS.

3. Payment Terms

(1) By T/T (Telex Transfer), 30% deposit before shipment, 70% against of copy of B/L(Bill of Lading)

(2) By irrevocable L/C(Letter of Credit), at sight

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

800 pairs per colorway; 2000 pairs per style.

5. Shipment & Delivery

Within 45-60 days after order and sample confirmed, and receipt of deposit or L/C.
